The Federal High Court in Abuja, on Monday, has fixed May 31, 2023, for judgement in a suit filed by Gov. Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, seeking to restrain the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), from suspending or expelling him from the party.
Trial Court Judge, James Omotosho, adjourned the matter for judgment after counsel to the governor, Dr Joshua Musa, SAN, and lawyer to the PDP, Johnson Usman, SAN, adopted their processes and argued for and against the suit before the judge.
