Funke is the deputy Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in the forthcoming election in Lagos State. Since she has been selected most of her colleagues especially actresses have refused to support.
Taking to her Instagram page a few days to the Governorship election, Monalisa Stephen has declared support for Funke as she questioned reasons her colleagues have refused to support her.
According to the actress, she is supporting Funke because she is trustworthy and won’t join her other colleagues to sit on the fence.
