Tobe Nnamani, a Catholic priest, Wednesday, narrated how some officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission serving in Enugu East LGA of the state frustrated electorate during the 25th February National Assembly and presidential polls.
He said it was ‘amazing how our own people are deliberating sabotaging the electoral process meant to usher in leaders’. He spoke in Enugu in a chat with newsmen.
