Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, emerged as the winner at the polling unit of former Plateau State Governor, Jonah Jang.
Jang, a prominent member of the PDP, cast his vote at the Rabin Du polling unit in Du “A” ward, Jos South Local Government Area of the state.
Obi secured 239 votes, defeating his own party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, who received 29 votes. Meanwhile, the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, managed to score only one vote.
Jang, who voted earlier, urged the people to vote for the candidate of their choice.
