Uche Mefor, the estranged Deputy-Leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on Sunday said Nigeria is heading towards “a constitutional crisis” because “there would not be an outright winner” in the 2023 election.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that according to Mefor, as things stand, “no candidate will win 25% in 24 out of the 36 states and Abuja”.
