Naijaloaded reports that the former vice-president won his polling unit PU 012, Ajiya, Gwadabawa ward, Yola North Local Government Area (LGA) of Adamawa State.
He had cast his vote in the morning, alongside his wife, Titi.
The 76-year-old garnered 282 votes, while his major opponents, Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party received 57 and 6 votes respectively.
