Blueprint learnt that the money in Igwe’s possession was allegedly given to him by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, alongside a list of how they will be distributed to beneficiaries in the 23 local government areas of the state as well as security agencies and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
