Kwankwaso Vows To Reverse CBN’s Naira Redesign Policy If Elected President

The NNPP candidate also promised to tackle insecurity and poverty if elected president.

Kwankwaso made this vow while addressing supporters in Funtua, Katsina State on Tuesday said he would allow Nigerians with the old 200, 500 and 1,000 naira banknotes to deposit them in the banks.

According to him, the shoddy implementation of the apex bank’s policy in a country like Nigeria where 133 million citizens are poor and the nation’s economic is witnessing a downturn is a recipe for crisis.
