The Tinubu Media Office has denied the resignation claim made by Hajiya Naja’atu Muhammad, the former Director of Civil Society Organisations of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council.
According to the office, she was sacked for incompetence and for being a mole in the campaign council. Naja’atu had announced her resignation on Saturday, citing lack of ideological differences among political parties.
However, the Tinubu Media Office stated in a statement that she was relieved of her duties after being discovered to be working for “desperate opponents”.
The statement also accused her of being unfit to serve and issuing a “pseudo-medical report” on the presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
