A political economist and management expert, Professor Pat Utomi, on Friday said the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) counterpart, Atiku Abubakar, were bereft of fresh ideas to advance the country.
