The Cross River State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Campaign Council is targeting over 500,000 votes for 2023 general election.
The state Chairman of APC, Alphonsus Ogar Eba, disclosed this on Friday at the party’s secretariat in Calabar, the state capital.
