Sen. John Owan-Enoh (APC- Cross River) has withdrawn his court case challenging the outcome of the state governorship primaries which he lost.
Owan-Enoh, who represents Cross River Central at the National Assembly said this at a news conference in Abuja on Wednesday.
He said that his decision was based on Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s public appeal to him.
