The Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Dr. Ernest Umakihe has received, on behalf of the Management and Staff, an award of excellence, good governance and transparency in the area of procurement from the Center for Transparency Watch.
Speaking during the event that took place at the Permanent Secretary’s Conference room, recently, the Permanent Secretary expressed delight at the gesture, emphasizing that it was worthy of note, that a group recognized what the Ministry had been doing in the procurement process and had deemed it fit to reward the Ministry.
