Ayade flags off third Carnival Calabar dry run, promises best fiesta ever

Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade has flagged off the third and final dry run of the 2022 edition of the annual Carnival with a pledge to stage the best carnival of all time.

This year’s Carnival has “Agro-Industrialization” as the theme.
