Okowa signs 2023 appropriation bill of N571.64bn

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State on Friday signed the state’s 2023 Appropriation Bill of N571.64 billion.

The budget was increased from the N561.8bn initially passed by the state House of Assembly.
