We’re In Court To Challenge Impunity In Our Party – Imo PDP Chieftain

Dr Uzoma Ugochukwu, chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Imo State has explained why he is challenging the outcome of his party’s primary election for Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala federal constituency saying the culture of impunity by leaders of the party cannot go unchallenged.

Ugochukwu, who contested the PDP ticket for Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala federal constituency, is challenging the declaration of Chibuzor Agulanna as the winner of the primary and candidate of the PDP, citing violation of the provisions of the Electoral Act and PDP constitution.
