The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, has debunked rumours that he has plans to relocate Nigeria’s capital from Abuja to Lagos State.
It would be recall that the former Military President Ibrahim Babangida had relocated Nigeria’s capital from Lagos to Abuja on 12 December, 1991.
