ABUJA – The Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP),Major General Barry Ndiomu (rtd) has said his agency would continue to explore ways of strengthening its partnership with Nigeria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in education and vocational training abroad for Niger Delta ex-agitators.
Ndiomu stated this when he visited Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama at his office in Abuja.
