The Vice Presidential candidate of the PDP and governor of Delta State, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa has charged the contractors handling the projects inside the Stephen Keshi stadium to double up in their mandate to deliver as scheduled.
The governor who paid a working visit to the Stephen Keshi Stadium expressed satisfaction on the level of work done so far and advised the site engineer to be safety cautious.
