UMUAHIA – The Abia State Commissioner for National Population Commission (NPC), Chief Johnny Nwabisi, has declared on Monday in Umuahia that those nurturing the notion of inflating the oncoming headcount will experience a resounding disappointment because it is not going to be business as usual.
This, according to him, is because the 2023 national census will be electronically and digitally based and will not be easily manipulated by any interest group or individual for its selfish interest.
