ABUJA – Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC on Tuesday raided the offices of black market currency dealers arresting no fewer than 40 traders in a bid to halt the rapid fall of the naira which failed to N850 per dollar Tuesday evening.
However, Muhammed Almustapha Nera, the Assistant Provost, Wuse Zone 4 Traders Association, Bureau d Change section, who confirmed the EFCC raid to our Correspondent condemned the manner of the operation, saying their members were made to kneel down without any known offence.
