Hon. Moji Meranda, the Chief Whip of the Lagos State House of Assembly, would be unveiling the nominees for the upcoming Nollywood industry awards event, Best of Nollywood Awards, BON Awards, which will be taking place in Owerri, Imo State capital.
According to a press statement, the founder of the award, Seun Oloketuyi, said the choice of the lawmaker comes natural as she fits the bill perfectly.
“While it is a honour for us as organisers to have Hon. Moji Ojora to unveil one of the most respected award events in the Nollywood industry, we feel it is also a way of appreciating a woman of valour, who has done so much in politics and in her own little way, contributed to the growth of the Nigerian movie industry,” Oloketuyi explained.
